Yes, 100% Natural Raw Honey. Our hives are located anywhere between Bellingham and Blaine, WA with boxes placed in Wildflower and Blackberry Fields. You will see pollen bits because our honey is only filtered once and never heated.

Our hives are located in fields from Bellingham to Blaine, WA. We did polinate at Bellewood Farms an Apple Orchard this year!

  1. Place your honey in a heat safe container (glass jar) or ceramic crock. You don’t have to add the loosely attached lid but I like to in order to protect the honey from water splashing.
  2. Heat several inches of water in a pot on the stove until it is almost boiling (but not quite) – then  remove from heat.
  3. Slowly lower the jar of honey for decrystallizing in the hot water bath. Leave the jar sitting in the  hot water bath until the water cools.

You could also heat a bowl of water in the microwave. Bring to an almost boil and put the jar of honey in bowl.

DO NOT PUT HONEY IN MICROWAVE!  Heating up raw honey will change the makeup of the honey, and potentially weaken or destroy enzymes, vitamins, minerals, etc

Crystallized honey occurs when some of the glucose content has spontaneously crystallized from solution as the monohydrate. It is also called "granulated honey" or "candied honey". Use waterbath method to slowly decrystallize. See How do I de crystallize my honey?
