Blackberry honey: 

Blackberry honey has a thick, smooth and creamy texture, and its flavor is delicate with a slightly fruity taste. 

Big Leaf Maple honey:

Bigleaf maple is the first honey crop of the season here and it doesn’t happen often. The huge trees bloom while we’re still in the depths of the rainy season, so many years it goes uncollected. It has a unique menthol and/or eucalyptus flavor and aroma. It is one of our more controversial flavors in that a minority of folks love it, but some people don't care for it at all.
